Our much-loved restaurant and bar launched in March 2019, and has since become a favorite dining destination in Hudson Yards, NYC. We’re a modern dining destination in the heart of this new neighborhood, and the first international location for London based, premium hospitality group rhubarb food design.

With Executive Chef Peter Jin at the helm, we bring an international approach to our Asian plates, celebrating culinary travels from East to West. As our chefs travel the world for inspiration, our menu evolves with new dishes, new flavors and new techniques.
The restaurant is our passion project. Lovingly designed in partnership with Robert Angell, an award-winning designer, to bring authentic Asian features together with contemporary styling. The result is a space we are very proud of.
Our fabulous team are everything at Wild ink, and without them our restaurant wouldn’t be what is it. Talented mixologists behind the bar, culinary experts in our kitchen, and passionate front of house staff.
