Our wonderful Bar Manager, Matt, serves up our favorite handcrafted cocktails. Whether it’s a Mezcal Crusta, Hudson Old Fashioned or a glass of wine from our 650 bottle wine wall, our bar team are the experts when it comes to enjoying an apéritif.
