Peter

As Executive Chef, Peter Jin heads up the kitchen and delivers our unique concept of Asian-inspired dishes created with an international approach. Peter and the rest of the kitchen team work hard to create a dining experience that people return for; plates and bowls of delicious food, lovingly created and served by passionate people.

Sherry

Sherry's dumplings are some of the best around. Working to ensure our dim sum leaves guests wanting more, Sherry has created a range of mouth-watering plates from lobster & shrimp har gow to snow crab rangoon.

Matt

Our wonderful Bar Manager, Matt, serves up our favorite handcrafted cocktails. Whether it’s a Mezcal Crusta, Hudson Old Fashioned or a glass of wine from our 650 bottle wine wall, our bar team are the experts when it comes to enjoying an apéritif.
